What the Sandy Neck ORV rules require

Every vehicle on the Sandy Neck oversand trail must carry a support board of at least 18" x 18" — 3/4" plywood or 1/4" steel — to keep a jack from sinking into soft sand. It's on the same required list as a spare tire, tow device, jack, shovel, low-pressure tire gauge, and bucket.
