SNP Sweatshirt Style Poncho

I always associated ponchos with Niagra Falls. Now I associate them with Sandy Neck. Super soft sweatshirt material made to quickly throw over yourself when the sun goes down. Seems to fall right on just about everyone. I've checked :)
